Your First Meditation

All right Grasshopper, I know you are all excited!

From hundreds of acoustic meditations that we have tried, we are safe to say that the following one is the best for beginners. This meditation works with your chakras and the effects are almost immediate.

So get you headphones ready, find your best position and try it. Don't worry if you can't finish it or fall asleep, it is normal. What you need to know is that this meditation works its way up to your crown chakra, stimulating and recharging all of them along the way, so when you get to raise your awareness all the way to the 7th, you will feel a massive boost in your energy and overall state of being.

Opening your Chakras

Opening your chakras and allowing a healthy flow of energy is a powerful tool for staying balanced, maintaining good health and evolving spiritually. There are lots of things we can actively do and tools we can use to heal our chakras and make our lives better.

As this video will explain, opening your chakras allows connecting with your higher self. For this, we will use an audio meditation that is meant to resonate with every chakra in you body, activating it and aligning it with the rest.

Make sure you read all previous tutorial pages so you understand what are Chakras, what is Kundalini and what meditation is.


Use the Lotus pose in a comfortable place, whether it is on the floor, the couch, or on a chair. Find your best and comfortable position.

turn off distractions

You need a distraction-free environment. Turn your phone, close your windows, turn off or block any source of noise.


You are listening to audio frequencies, so always use good quality headphones. Don’t listen on laptop speakers or broken headphones. It won't work.


Focus on your breathing until you relax your mind, then focus on what you hear. Do not chant and do not pray. Do not think, just listen.


No matter what happens in your body, don’t freak out! It is perfectly normal. Do not try to control it. Everything happens in your favour.

Meditation Effects

Heating up

Because of the high energy flow that you are receiving, you may feel heat in some areas of your body, usually down the spine or in the palm of your hands. Cool, eh?


Involuntary movements of muscles, hands, body (rocking back and forth, sideways). Do not try to control it, let it happen, it is normal. Actually quite enjoyable.


If you feel that you are overheating and become uncomfortable, you can stop the meditation. Don’t freak out, it is normal. It happens because of the high energy flow that’s healing your damaged energy channels.

Memory Flashes

You may experience vivid memory flashes. Try analysing them and understand what they could mean. It may be your subconscious trying to get your attention on some memories or decisions you have made in the past.


Oh yeah, super powers! This is an ability to gain information about an object, person, location, or physical event through extrasensory perception.

Intense Light

You may experience warm and intense flashes of light. Yes, it could happen with your eyes closed, in total darkness. That's how powerful this meditation may be.

Feeling a Presence

You may be feeling a presence next to you. Don’t get scared, this is your spiritual guide assisting you. In meditation, once you raise your vibrational level, you can see and feel ascended beings in different forms.

Symbols, Shapes, Entities

Once you raise your vibrational level, you may see symbols and shapes in front of your eyes, you may feel high vibrational entities or even energy waves. No, you are not being paranoid, this is quite common.

You may fall asleep

Don't worry, it is perfectly normal. Your body's energy centres are not used to the high flow of energy, so it tends to shut down. You may repeat this meditation anytime you want, with better and better effects.

Your 1st Meditation

Remember your training, grasshopper! Headphones on, distractions away, you may set your mood with some candles or incense in the room, and then pick your spot and relax. Breathe. Listen. Feel. Enjoy.

There is not a good way or a bad way to do it. It is just the way it is. The way that you feel it. You are your own guru.
